Franchise Rental Price for a period of 1 year (contract signing for a minimum of 5 years) - price for a 1-year franchise:

• Option No. 1: 30,000€ without VAT - you purchase goods from us under especially advantageous conditions, and we also deliver them to you
• Option No. 2: 16,000€ without VAT + 10% of annual profit (each year) - you purchase goods from us under especially advantageous conditions, and we also arrange their transport for you.
• Option No. 3: 13,000€ without VAT + 15% of annual turnover (each year) - you purchase goods from us under especially advantageous conditions, and we also arrange their transport for you.

Franchise Rental Price for a period of 10 years (contract signing for a minimum of 10 years) - price for a 10-year franchise:

• Option No. 1: 250,000€ without VAT - you purchase goods from us under especially advantageous conditions, and we also deliver them to you
• Option No. 2: 150,000€ without VAT + 10% of annual profit (each year) - you purchase goods from us under especially advantageous conditions, and we also arrange their transport for you.
• Option No. 3: 100,000€ without VAT + 15% of annual turnover (each year) - you purchase goods from us under especially advantageous conditions, and we also arrange their transport for you.

What you get for this price (up to 200m² of sales area): Complete store equipment including flooring, shelves, sales counters, lighting, cash register. Advertising banners. Overall design and layout consulted with an architect. Complete solution for Health and Safety (BOZP), Hygiene, and Fire Protection, and employee training.

For a Showroom sales area over 200m² the price is recalculated according to the floor area in %. Every 50m² + 25% to the Franchise price.

• Option No. 1: 15,000€ without VAT - you purchase goods from us under especially advantageous conditions, and we also deliver them to you
• Option No. 2: 8,000€ without VAT + 10% of annual profit (each year) - you purchase goods from us under especially advantageous conditions, and we also deliver them to you
• Option No. 3: 4,000€ without VAT + 15% of annual turnover (each year) - you purchase goods from us under especially advantageous conditions, and we also deliver them to you

The same conditions apply as for SK + a 10% price surcharge due to higher costs for assembly, equipment, training, etc.
