1. Orders for private individuals

Orders can be placed via the online store or by email at streetkolor@streetkolor.com.

2. Orders for companies

In case you require an invoice issued to a company, your order must be in written form and must contain the full company name, exact company address, Company ID, VAT ID, and the name of the person placing the order.

3. Delivery time of ordered goods

All our shipments are delivered by the courier company GEIS/DPD PARCEL. If the value of the ordered goods is greater than 150€, the shipment is insured. If the ordered goods are in stock in the Slovak Republic, the delivery time is usually between 24 - 72 hours. If the goods need to be ordered from the manufacturer and they have them in stock, the delivery time is usually 3 - 10 working days. If the goods are not in stock even with the manufacturer and therefore need to be produced, the delivery time will be communicated to the customer individually. Streetkolor.sk reserves the right to change the delivery date due to the workload of the manufacturers' logistics. Delivery dates are for informational purposes only, so they are not binding and are subject to special order confirmation.

4. Orders for exclusive (special) goods - Deposit

When ordering exclusive or special goods that are manufactured or modified specifically according to the customer's requirements, a 15% invoice (as a deposit) of the final price of the ordered goods may be issued to the buyer. If the order is already processed and the goods are manufactured, the customer cannot withdraw from the order. If the customer orders a quantity less than 500ml, a fee for a replacement container (bottle, jar, etc.) of 0.50€ is added to the order amount. If the customer also chooses to pay in advance, they must wait for a new proforma invoice to be issued. This will be sent to them by email within 12 hours of ordering. In the event of a customer's withdrawal from the order and mutual agreement, the deposit is non-refundable if the goods have already been manufactured.

5. Shipping of goods

Shipping is paid by the buyer for orders up to 150€. Shipping is included in the price of the goods, so it is free, but only for orders over 150€. In the case of ordering goods with a total value of less than 150€, we charge postage according to the following table.

If the price includes shipping in the product description, the customer does not pay for shipping. All our shipments are delivered by the courier company GEIS/DPD PARCEL. If the value of the ordered goods is greater than 150€, the shipment is insured.

5.3. Shipping abroad

Shipping to the Czech Republic:

> 50€ - 8,00€

Cash on delivery to the Czech Republic is charged an amount of 2,00€

Shipping to EU countries (excluding the Czech Republic) is as follows and is only possible with payment in advance to a bank account or PayPal account.

10.00 kg and more kg depending on the nature of the goods - the final shipping cost will be announced additionally within 48 hours of placing the order, according to the country of delivery within the EU, the nature of the goods (parcel, pallet) and the weight of the goods.

5.4. Personal pickup Košice

You can choose personal pickup directly when ordering. Two pickup locations are available:

• StreetKolor.sk, Ku Hájovni 2, Košice - Myslava: Payment is possible in advance by transfer, online payment gateway, or by card upon pickup. Cash is not possible.
• StreetKolor Showroom Košice, Osloboditeľov 42, Košice - Barca: Payment is possible in advance by transfer, online payment gateway, cash, or by card upon pickup.

As soon as your order is ready for pickup, we will inform you via the email you provided in the order, and an SMS message will also be sent to the phone number you provided about the prepared order.

The standard storage period for picking up a shipment via personal pickup is 15 days. If you need to extend this period by a maximum of another 15 days, do not hesitate to contact us. Since the contract concluded at a distance does not automatically terminate if you do not pick up your order, we must continue to store your order and goods for you. After 30 days, we will charge you a storage fee in the amount of:

• Total weight of ordered goods up to 15 kg: 0.36€ including VAT for each day of storage of the unclaimed order
• Total weight of ordered goods from 15.01 - 60 kg: 1.50€ including VAT for each day of storage of the unclaimed order
• Total weight of ordered goods from 60.01 - 150.00 kg: 2.50€ including VAT for each day of storage of the unclaimed order

In cases where the nature of the goods requires it, a service fee for maintaining, inspecting, and servicing the ordered products in 100% operational condition for personal pickup may and will be charged after 60 days. This applies mainly to lubricating metal parts of pistons, checking operating fluids of equipment, preserving metal parts of products, lubricating seals of products, checking the functionality of electrical parts of equipment, checking the condition of paints and their mixing. The service fee will be charged in the amount of 5% of the price of the ordered goods. The service fee and inspection will then be carried out every 60 days until the time of pickup. In cases where the nature of the goods requires it (if the date of the electrical inspection, the date of certification, and verification of the calibration of the measuring device expire), the necessary inspection of the device (especially electrical equipment) will be added to the service fee.

6. Payment methods for goods

The customer can choose from various payment methods for the ordered goods:

A. cash payment upon receipt of the goods

B. payment in advance - by bank transfer to our account at VÚB Bank

C. card payment with MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron upon purchase

D. payment via PayPal account

E. payment via Home Credit - installment purchase

F. cash on delivery - payment upon delivery of the goods to the postman or courier
